This Privacy Policy explains how NATONIA ("NATONIA," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when you visit natonia.space, its subdomains and related pages, communicate with us, complete a quiz or form, purchase or access a product, request a reading or consultation, or otherwise use our services (collectively, the "Services").
By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Where consent is required, we will request it separately. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not provide personal information or use the relevant features of the Services.

IMPORTANT AI AND ENTERTAINMENT NOTICE

All NATONIA content, including readings, interpretations, reports, compatibility materials, products, recommendations, and other materials, is created for entertainment and informational purposes and is created using artificial intelligence tools. By accessing or purchasing NATONIA content, products, or services, you acknowledge and agree to the use of AI tools in their creation. NATONIA content is not medical, mental-health, psychological, legal, financial, investment, or other professional advice and should not be used as a substitute for such advice.


1. Scope
This Policy applies to personal information processed through the Services and through our related communications, including email and Telegram. It does not govern independent websites, platforms, or services operated by third parties. Those providers process information under their own privacy notices and terms.

2. Information We Collect2.1 Information you provide
  • Contact and account information, such as your name, email address, Telegram username, and other contact details.
  • Birth and astrology information, such as date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, zodiac sign, and similar inputs needed to generate requested content.
  • Relationship and compatibility information, including information about a partner or another person that you choose to provide.
  • Quiz, survey, form, and consultation responses, preferences, questions, messages, files, testimonials, and other content you submit.
  • Transaction information, including purchased product, order status, payment confirmation, billing-related details, and refund or support history. Payment card details are generally processed by third-party payment providers and are not intended to be stored by NATONIA.
  • Marketing preferences and records of consent, subscription, opt-out, and communications with us.
2.2 Information collected automatically
  • Device and network information, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, language, approximate location derived from IP address, and identifiers.
  • Usage information, such as pages viewed, links clicked, referring and exit pages, session duration, interaction events, conversion events, and date and time of access.
  • Cookie and similar-technology information, including analytics identifiers and consent preferences.
  • Security and diagnostic data, including server logs, error reports, access events, and information used to detect abuse or technical problems.
2.3 Information from third parties
We may receive information from service providers that support hosting, forms, communications, analytics, payments, delivery, security, and development. We may also receive information when you interact with NATONIA through Telegram or another third-party service, subject to that provider’s settings and privacy terms.

3. Information About Other People
If you provide personal information about a partner or any other person, you represent that you are authorized to provide it and to request the relevant Service. Do not submit another person’s sensitive, confidential, or private information without their knowledge and appropriate permission. NATONIA may delete or decline to process third-party information where appropriate.

4. How We Use Personal Information
  • Provide, personalize, generate, deliver, and support the Services and purchased content.
  • Process orders, confirm transactions, deliver digital products, and handle requests, disputes, and refunds.
  • Respond to messages, provide customer support, and administer consultations and communications.
  • Operate quizzes, forms, subscriptions, and product funnels and remember user choices.
  • Send service communications and, with consent where required, marketing messages. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
  • Measure traffic, engagement, performance, and conversions; improve content, products, user experience, and marketing.
  • Maintain security, prevent fraud or abuse, troubleshoot, enforce our terms, protect rights, and comply with lawful obligations.
  • Create aggregated or de-identified statistics that do not reasonably identify an individual.
5. AI-Assisted Processing
NATONIA uses artificial intelligence tools, including ChatGPT and Claude, to help create, edit, translate, organize, summarize, personalize, or quality-check content and communications. Depending on the requested Service and our workflow, information you submit may be included in prompts or otherwise processed using these tools.
We seek to limit personal information shared with AI providers to what is reasonably necessary, and we may remove or reduce identifying details where practical. However, you should not submit Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, financial account credentials, payment-card data, passwords, medical records, precise health information, or other highly sensitive information through quizzes, forms, Telegram, consultations, or free-text fields.
AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. NATONIA may review or edit outputs, but does not guarantee that every output will be human-reviewed. Purchasing or using a product constitutes acknowledgment of the AI-assisted nature and entertainment purpose of the content; it does not replace any consent required for processing personal information.

6. Cookies and Analytics
We and our providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the site, preserve preferences, protect the Services, understand usage, and measure performance and conversions.
  • Essential technologies support core functions, security, forms, and requested services.
  • Analytics technologies help us understand visits and interactions. NATONIA uses Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica, which may receive device, browser, IP-derived, cookie, usage, and event information.
  • Preference technologies remember settings and consent choices.
  • Marketing or measurement technologies, if enabled, may help attribute campaigns and understand conversions.
Where applicable law requires consent, non-essential technologies will be used only after the required choice. You may use our cookie controls, browser settings, provider opt-out tools, or recognized browser-based privacy signals where applicable. Blocking cookies may affect some features. Third-party providers may process information on infrastructure located in different countries and under their own privacy policies.

7. Service Providers and Disclosures
We may disclose personal information to providers acting for or supporting NATONIA, only for legitimate operational purposes and subject to appropriate instructions or contractual terms where required. Current or anticipated providers include:
  • Tilda Publishing (tilda.cc) for website pages, forms, and related site functionality.
  • Vercel for hosting, content delivery, technical logs, security, and deployment.
  • GitHub for source-code hosting, development, deployment workflows, and technical collaboration. User data is not intentionally placed in public repositories.
  • Telegram for communications initiated or continued through Telegram.
  • OpenAI/ChatGPT and Anthropic/Claude for AI-assisted content and operational processing as described above.
  • Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica for analytics, measurement, and site-improvement purposes.
  • Payment, email, customer-support, security, professional-adviser, and digital-delivery providers used to complete requested services.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process; investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents; enforce agreements; protect users, NATONIA, or others; or complete a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate protections.

8. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising
NATONIA does not sell personal information for money. NATONIA does not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16. Some analytics or advertising technologies can be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under certain state privacy laws even when no money changes hands. Where those laws apply, you may opt out through available cookie/privacy controls, a recognized opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control, or by contacting us. We will honor such signals where legally required and technically supported.

9. Legal Grounds and User Choices
Depending on the context and applicable law, NATONIA processes information to perform a transaction or provide a requested Service; based on consent; to comply with legal obligations; and for legitimate operational interests such as security, support, analytics, improvement, and fraud prevention, balanced against user rights. You may withdraw consent prospectively where processing relies on consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully completed.

10. Retention and Deletion
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including service delivery, transaction records, support, security, dispute resolution, enforcement, and legal obligations. Retention periods depend on the type of information and purpose. When information is no longer required, we delete, anonymize, or securely isolate it, subject to backups and lawful exceptions. Information processed by third-party providers may remain under their retention schedules.

11. Security
NATONIA uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No internet transmission, platform, or storage system is completely secure. Users are responsible for protecting their devices, accounts, passwords, and communication channels and for avoiding sensitive information that is not necessary for the requested Service.

12. Your Privacy Rights
Subject to applicable law and verification, you may have the right to:
  • Know or confirm whether we process your personal information and obtain access to it.
  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of personal information, subject to lawful exceptions.
  • Receive a portable copy of certain information.
  • Withdraw consent or object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Opt out of marketing communications, sale or sharing, or targeted advertising where applicable.
  • Appeal a refusal of a privacy request where applicable.
  • Exercise privacy rights without unlawful discrimination.
Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law. We may require proof of authorization and verification of identity. We may deny or limit a request where an exception applies, including when information must be retained for security, transactions, legal compliance, or the rights of others.

13. California Privacy Notice
This section applies only to the extent NATONIA is subject to applicable California privacy law. In the preceding 12 months, NATONIA may have collected the categories described in Section 2, including identifiers, customer-record information, commercial information, internet or electronic activity, approximate geolocation, inferences based on user inputs, and user-submitted content. Sources, purposes, and recipient categories are described in Sections 2, 4, 6, and 7.
Eligible California consumers may request access to categories or specific pieces of personal information, correction, deletion, and information about collection and disclosure; may opt out of sale or sharing where applicable; may limit certain uses of sensitive personal information where the law grants that right; and may exercise rights without discriminatory treatment. NATONIA does not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right-to-limit notice unless disclosed otherwise at collection.

14. Children
The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. NATONIA does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that such information was collected without legally required authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. A parent or guardian may contact us regarding a child’s information. Users under the age of majority should use the Services only with permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

15. International Processing
NATONIA and its providers may process, store, or access personal information in countries other than the country in which you are located. Privacy protections and government-access rules may differ. Where required, NATONIA uses appropriate safeguards or other lawful mechanisms for such transfers. By choosing third-party communication channels such as Telegram, you also direct information through that provider’s infrastructure.

16. Third-Party Links and Platforms
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party sites and platforms. NATONIA is not responsible for their independent privacy, security, or content practices. Review their notices before submitting information.

17. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the Services, providers, or legal requirements. The revised version will be posted with a new “Last updated” date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent before materially different processing.
