These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of natonia.space, its subdomains, pages, content, quizzes, communications, digital products, readings, reports, consultations, and related services provided under the NATONIA name (collectively, the "Services").
By visiting the website, creating or submitting a request, accessing content, or purchasing or using a Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services or purchase NATONIA products.

MANDATORY AI AND ENTERTAINMENT DISCLOSURE

All NATONIA content, including free and paid readings, interpretations, reports, compatibility materials, recommendations, products, and other materials, is created for entertainment and informational purposes and is created using artificial intelligence tools. By accessing or purchasing any NATONIA content, product, or Service, you knowingly acknowledge and agree to the use of AI tools in its creation and accept the limitations described in these Terms.


1. About NATONIA and These Terms
NATONIA provides astrology-related and other informational or entertainment content and may offer digital materials, personalized outputs, consultations, quizzes, and related products. References to "NATONIA," "we," "us," or "our" mean the provider of the Services under the NATONIA name. References to "you" or "user" mean any visitor, customer, purchaser, recipient, or other person using the Services.
Additional terms displayed at checkout or for a specific product, consultation, subscription, promotion, or refund process form part of these Terms. If a specific written term conflicts with these general Terms, the specific term controls for that Service.

2. Eligibility
The Services are intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to make a purchase. A person below the age of legal majority may use free Services only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The Services are not directed to children under 18.

3. Entertainment Purpose and No Professional Advice
NATONIA content is provided solely for entertainment, general information, reflection, and personal interest. Astrology, compatibility interpretations, readings, AI-generated materials, consultations, and recommendations do not predict guaranteed events or outcomes and are not statements of scientific, medical, or professional fact.
Nothing in the Services constitutes medical, mental-health, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, tax, investment, employment, immigration, safety, or other professional advice. NATONIA does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any condition. Do not delay seeking qualified professional assistance or make important health, safety, legal, financial, relationship, or life decisions solely because of NATONIA content.
You remain solely responsible for your decisions, actions, communications, relationships, purchases, and results. If you are in danger, experiencing a crisis, or need urgent assistance, contact an appropriate emergency service or qualified professional.

4. Artificial Intelligence
NATONIA uses artificial intelligence tools, including ChatGPT and Claude, to create, generate, edit, translate, structure, personalize, summarize, and quality-check content and communications. Content may be entirely or partly AI-generated or AI-assisted and may also be reviewed or edited by a person. NATONIA does not guarantee that every output receives human review.
AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, offensive, unexpected, or invented information. Outputs may vary even when similar information is provided. By using or purchasing a Service, you expressly accept that the content is created using AI tools, may contain errors, and is provided subject to the entertainment-only limitations in these Terms.
Do not submit passwords, payment-card data, government identification numbers, financial-account credentials, medical records, precise health information, or other highly sensitive information through open text fields, quizzes, Telegram, consultations, or contact forms. The processing of personal information, including AI-assisted processing, is explained in the Privacy Policy.

5. Description and Availability of Services
Descriptions, examples, previews, delivery estimates, formats, compatibility interpretations, and stated features are provided in good faith but may change. NATONIA may add, modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue any free Service at any time. Material changes affecting a paid order will be handled according to the specific offer, applicable law, and any posted refund policy.
Access may depend on third-party systems, internet availability, compatible devices, and the accuracy of information you provide. NATONIA does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available access.

6. User Information and Third-Party Data
You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and to update material errors when relevant. Personalized outputs depend on user inputs and may be less useful or inaccurate when dates, times, places, names, relationship details, or other inputs are incomplete or incorrect.
If you provide information about a partner or another person, you represent that you have an appropriate right, lawful basis, or permission to provide it for the requested Service. You must not submit another person’s private, confidential, sensitive, or unlawful material without authorization. NATONIA may refuse or delete such material.

7. Purchases, Payment, and Delivery
  • Prices, currency, included materials, access period, and delivery method are shown in the applicable offer or checkout page.
  • You authorize the relevant payment provider to charge the displayed amount and agree to provide valid billing information.
  • Digital materials may be delivered by download, email, website access, messaging platform, or another stated method.
  • You are responsible for providing a correct email address or other delivery information and for checking spam, promotions, and filtered folders.
  • Unless expressly stated otherwise, a purchase grants a limited personal-use license and does not transfer ownership of intellectual property.
  • Taxes, currency conversion, bank charges, or provider fees may apply depending on the transaction and are the user’s responsibility unless the offer states otherwise.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund and cancellation eligibility is governed by the refund terms presented for the relevant product or Service and by non-waivable applicable law. Because digital content may be made available immediately and personalized work may begin promptly, certain purchases may become non-refundable after access, download, delivery, or commencement of performance, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
To request a refund or cancellation, contact NATONIA promptly at info@natonia.space or through natonia.space/contact and identify the order and reason for the request. A request is not approved until NATONIA confirms approval in writing.

9. Intellectual Property
The Services and all NATONIA materials, including text, designs, graphics, branding, logos, page layouts, prompts, frameworks, quizzes, reports, readings, audio, video, compilations, and digital products, are owned by or licensed to NATONIA and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited permissions expressly stated below, all rights are reserved.

10. Free Materials: Permission to Share
You may repost, quote, or otherwise publish NATONIA materials that were clearly made available free of charge, provided that every publication:
  • Clearly identifies NATONIA as the source.
  • Includes a visible and, where technically possible, active link to https://natonia.space.
  • Does not imply endorsement, partnership, authorship, or approval by NATONIA.
  • Does not remove copyright notices, branding, watermarks, source references, or material context.
  • Does not materially alter the content in a misleading way.
  • Is not sold, paywalled, licensed, packaged as another product, or used as a substitute for a paid NATONIA product.
This permission is non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, and limited to free materials. NATONIA may request correction of attribution or removal where use is misleading, unlawful, harmful, or inconsistent with these Terms.

11. Paid Materials: Personal Use Only
Paid NATONIA materials are licensed solely to the individual purchaser for personal, non-commercial use. You may download or store a reasonable personal copy where the delivery format permits. You may not, without prior written permission from NATONIA:
  • Share, forward, transfer, gift, lend, sublicense, or provide paid materials or access credentials to any third party.
  • Publish, upload, post, display, distribute, broadcast, transmit, reproduce, or make paid materials publicly available in whole or in substantial part.
  • Resell, rent, license, bundle, translate for distribution, create competing products from, or otherwise commercially exploit paid materials.
  • Copy paid materials into shared drives, public or group chats, social-media channels, repositories, databases, AI datasets, courses, memberships, or file-sharing services.
  • Circumvent access controls or allow multiple people to use an individual purchase or account.
A separate purchase or express written authorization is required for each additional user unless the offer specifically includes group, team, or transferable access.

12. Reviews, Testimonials, and Short Screenshots
You may publish an honest review or testimonial about a paid or free NATONIA product. For that limited purpose, you may include brief quotations and short, limited screenshots that are reasonably necessary to illustrate your genuine experience, provided that the review:
  • Does not reveal, reproduce, or enable reconstruction of a substantial portion of the paid material.
  • Does not include downloadable files, full pages in sequence, complete readings, complete exercises, access credentials, or other users’ personal information.
  • Accurately identifies NATONIA and, where appropriate, links to https://natonia.space.
  • Does not falsely suggest sponsorship, approval, or a result guaranteed by NATONIA.
  • Complies with applicable disclosure rules if the reviewer received compensation, free access, a discount, an affiliate benefit, or another incentive.
This limited review permission does not authorize redistribution or public release of paid content. NATONIA may request removal or redaction of material that exposes substantial paid content, confidential information, personal data, or access details.

13. User Content and Communications
You retain ownership of material you submit, subject to any rights held by others. You grant NATONIA a limited, non-exclusive right to host, process, reproduce, adapt, and use submitted material only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the requested Services and as described in the Privacy Policy.
NATONIA will not publicly use your name, identifiable testimonial, private messages, or before-and-after material for marketing without permission. If you separately authorize publication, the scope of that authorization will govern. You may request withdrawal for future uses, subject to lawful and practical limitations for materials already published or distributed.

14. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
  • Use the Services unlawfully, fraudulently, deceptively, abusively, or to harm another person.
  • Attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape at a disruptive scale, or overload the Services.
  • Impersonate another person, misuse another person’s data, or submit content you have no right to provide.
  • Use NATONIA materials to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or populate an AI model, dataset, content library, or competing automated service without written permission.
  • Remove ownership notices, misrepresent NATONIA content as your own, or violate the sharing and licensing rules in Sections 9-12.
  • Use outputs to harass, discriminate, defame, manipulate, threaten, or make decisions that unlawfully affect another person’s rights or opportunities.

15. Third-Party Platforms and Services
The Services may use or link to third-party platforms, including Tilda, Telegram, Vercel, GitHub, ChatGPT, Claude, Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica, payment providers, and other vendors. Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices. NATONIA is not responsible for independent third-party services, outages, policies, content, or acts, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AVAILABILITY, OR RESULTS. NATONIA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ANY READING, COMPATIBILITY ASSESSMENT, INTERPRETATION, RECOMMENDATION, OR AI OUTPUT WILL BE CORRECT, UNIQUE, ERROR-FREE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR CIRCUMSTANCES.

17. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NATONIA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS; LOSS OF PROFITS, OPPORTUNITY, DATA, GOODWILL, OR RELATIONSHIPS; OR DECISIONS OR ACTIONS TAKEN IN RELIANCE ON THE SERVICES. WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, NATONIA’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM A PAID SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

18. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold NATONIA harmless from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, unauthorized disclosure of paid materials, or unauthorized submission of another person’s data. This provision does not require indemnification for NATONIA’s own conduct where such a requirement would be unlawful.

19. Suspension and Termination
NATONIA may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address nonpayment, fraud, security risk, unlawful conduct, infringement, material breach, or harm to users or the Services. Where practical, NATONIA may provide notice and an opportunity to cure. Provisions concerning intellectual property, paid-material restrictions, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and accrued obligations survive termination.

20. Changes to the Services or Terms
NATONIA may update these Terms to reflect changes in Services, providers, business practices, or legal requirements. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised date. Material changes will receive additional notice where required. Changes do not retroactively alter completed purchases unless permitted by law or agreed with the user.

21. Disputes and Applicable Law
Before filing a formal claim, you and NATONIA agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the issue through the contact channels below. These Terms are governed by applicable law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that cannot be waived. Any dispute will be brought before a court or other forum having lawful jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms requires arbitration or waives participation in a class or representative proceeding unless the parties separately agree in a valid written agreement.

22. General Terms
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights to paid materials or under these Terms without NATONIA’s written permission. NATONIA may assign these Terms in connection with a reorganization, financing, sale, or transfer of the Services, subject to applicable law. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and product-specific written terms constitute the agreement relating to the Services.
